The singer's attorney, Donald Etra, told E! News that Rihanna will be called to testify at the June 22 preliminary hearing in Brown's felony assault case.Things Chris Brown Should Probably Not Do During Rihanna's Testimony:
"The judge advised me that there will be a subpoena for Rihanna as a witness at the preliminary hearing," Etra said following a morning hearing. "She will definitely comply."
And she will be doing so while facing her alleged attacker.
"He has to be here anytime a witness is called," Brown's attorney Mark Geragos said, confirming that the "monster"-denying R&B star will indeed be present to hear the testimony.

Paris Hilton. Paris Hilton and then-boyfriend Rick Salomon recorded themselves having sex in a hotel room, shot in night-vision. Hilton initially attempted to stop the distribution of the tape, but later agreed to its release and now receives profits from the tape. Unusual for a celebrity scandal, the notoriety surrounding the tape only served to increase Hilton and Salomon’s fame. Gibson's publicist Alan Nierob said the actor confirmed during the show's taping Monday that his girlfriend, 39-year-old Oksana Grigorieva, is pregnant. A phone message left with an NBC spokeswoman was not immediately returned.

Mike Tyson’s daughter dies after tragic accident

The child was hospitalized this weekend after getting tangled in a cord dangling from a treadmill in the family home.
She was found by her seven-year-old brother after she had accidentally hung herself from the apparatus. Her brother told the girl’s mother, who then removed the cable from the girl and called 911.
Tyson was in Las Vegas at the time and rushed home when he heard the news.

CPR was administered and 4-year-old Exodus Tyson was taken to St. Joe's Hospital. She's on life support and in extremely critical condition.
According to police, the victim's 7-year-old brother discovered the child in distress, and alerted their mother. She found the girl with a cable around her neck, hanging from the treadmill, and immediately called 911. "Somehow the little girl got something caught across her throat, she became unresponsive, the boy went and got the mother, and the mother came out and found the child," says Phoenix Police Sgt. Andy Hill.
Phoenix Police are investigating. So far, they believe the incident was accidental.
