Britney Spears' dad won't even let her see booze
Britney's family have issued the blanket ban on any areas that the star might pass through on her way from dressing room to stage - and staff have been asked to sign contracts promising that no booze will be available.
A source at the venue says: "Following her problems with alcohol, Britney had requested that everywhere backstage is alcohol free. Her family is monitoring the situation very carefully and we've been made to sign contracts promising not to drink or allow any of the VIP guests to have alcohol in any of the backstage areas that Britney could use. It is very important to Britney that she doesn't see anybody drinking in her presence."

Britney gets restraining order for Lutfi and Lawyer
Mr. Lutfi, 35, currently has a lawsuit pending against the Spears family for defamation and battery, which may not help his case. And last week, a lawyer appointed by the Court to act on poor Brit’s behalf told the Judge that his client was doing better without Sam around,”The orders against Lutfi are in my client’s best interest. She has suffered emotional distress.” he explained.
This story is not over yet by a mile! The appeal will be filed later this week, so keep checking in and you won’t miss a thing.

No Testifying in Britney's Future; Other Side Says She's "Crying Out for Help"
The pop star will not be required to take the stand in her conservatorship's ongoing quest to obtain permanent restraining orders against her former manager, Sam Lutfi; attorney Jon Eardley; and her ex-beau, Adnan Ghalib.
"There was a finding of a judge of the Superior Court that she lacks the capacity to testify," Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Akiva Bobb said after hearing closing arguments Tuesday, upholding a 14-month-old ruling that Spears isn't mentally fit to make her own legal decisions.
The temporary restraining orders against all three men were extended until April 28, when the judge will hear rebuttal arguments before making a final decision.
In his remarks today, Diamond argued that Spears wanted Eardley—who is said to have collaborated with Lutfi last year to help Spears fight what was then a brand-new conservatorship—to help extricate her from father Jamie's control.
"Britney Spears is crying out for help," Diamond said.
Lutfi attorney Bryan Freedman, taking a somewhat less contentious approach, said that there was "a lack of evidence as to emotional distress" to Britney perpetrated by his client.
Whatever, the Spears' legal camp said, calling the two men "predators."

Miranda Tozier Robbins Arrested at Britney Spears's House
Authorities arrested Miranda Tozier-Robbins, 26, who was wearing camouflage and toting a camera at the time of her arrest, the Associated Press reports. She was cited for trespassing and disorderly conduct before being released. Relying on other reports, Entertainment Weekly also says that Tozier-Robbins was a fifth-season American Idol hopeful, who auditioned with the Spears ballad "Everytime."
Sheriffs arrived minutes later and took her to the Malibu-Lost Hills station to be booked on charges of trespassing and disorderly conduct. Tozier-Robbins was released.
Sheriff's spokesman Steve Whitmore told the AP that the reason Tozier-Robbins was at Spears's home is unknown. It is also unclear where Spears was at the time of the alleged intrusion.
Later Thursday, however, onstage at L.A.'s Staples Center, Spears was evident for all to see – including her young sons, Preston and Jayden Federline, 3 and 2 respectively, who watched her from just above the 17th row, next to a sound booth. And though their mother, 27, performed a sexually charged show, the boys didn't see all of it. They were gone from their seats by the time Mama finished.
Tozier-Robbins currently resides in Inglewood, Calif. and has a blog based on her "Idol" experience. She says she auditioned in Boston and continued to the second round but was "shot down by the judges on October 27th, 2005." "Extra" has learned that Tozier-Robbins chose Spears' single "Everytime" for her audition -- but was asked to sing something else instead.
During her audition, RealityShack.com says Paula Abdul told Tozier-Robbins she felt like she was watching cartoons. Tozier-Robbins was a Magic Kingdom employee and Simon Cowell asked her if she believed Dumbo could fly. Abdul told the hopeful the competition wasn't for her and she should go back to Disney.
The police report states security personnel asked her to leave, but the woman "balked at their requests." Sheriffs arrived shortly after and physically escorted her off the property. She was booked on charges of trespassing and disorderly conduct. Bail was set at $5,000, but she was released on a citation.
On Tozier-Robbins' YouTube page, she claims she's "an aspiring filmmaker" and wants to be an editor. The page features clips from a show the 26-year-old hosted called "The Shorty Show."
Tozier-Robbins is scheduled to appear in court on June 16.
Britney's "Circus" tour began a two-night stay in Los Angeles on Thursday night.

Britney Spears gets teabagged by the economy
The pop star, 27, is halfway into a 49-show tour through the U.S., Canada and the UK, with hopes to add more dates through Europe, Australia and a possible second U.S. tour.
"It hasn't yet been determined whether it's feasible to expand tours to the Europe or Australia legs," L.A. Superior Court Commissioner Reva Goetz said following a closed-door discussion with Jamie and his lawyers.
"That will be determined in the future after everyone's seen the analysis, in terms of the economy and value of the dollar," Goetz added.

Britney Spears in a bikini
First, let me pay Britney Spears a compliment on these bikini photos of her taken yesterday in Miami: She looks slightly above average - which is a giant step from the days of Predator Britney and the Search for More Taco Bell. That said, remember those "candid" rehearsal pics from her website where she's sporting sick abs? Either those were Photoshopped, or Britney's dad needs a better hiding place for the cookie jar. Like space.

Britney exposed her boobs on a show
Britney Spears has had the mother of all wardrobe malfunctions – exposing her private parts and then telling a packed audience what she’d done.
The singer was performing in Tampa, Florida, on her Circus tour when she flashed a little more flesh than even her bondage-themed show allows for.
After singing I’m A Slave 4 U, she was lowered underneath the stage to change costumes.
Miming her whole set, except for one song, Britney unsurprisingly assumed her microphone would be switched off.
So imagine her shock when the whole arena heard her exclaim: “My p**** was hanging out.”
It follows a gig in Atlanta where Britney’s boobs nearly popped out of her top.
Nice to see some things never change.

Britney Spears: The Show Is Fine For Her Kids
Risque? Hardly.
Britney Spears is such a firm believer that her Circus show is kid-friendly that she is publicly denying reports that her own kids have been ban ned by ex-Kevin Federline from attending.
Sean Preston, 3, and Jayden James, 2, will watch Mommy at work during the whole tour, her management insists.
"Contrary to rumors linked to false articles," a late-night statement posted on Britney's website reads. "Britney Spears' sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James, will be joining her on the entire Circus tour and will be attending shows as planned,"
"Britney's family is a huge inspiration and she loves having them on the road with her."
The Daily Mirror in the U.K. reported that Federline had banned the kids after the dress rehearsals because, the article said, "they were too young for the raunchier parts."
Most media reports had the young boys at their mother's debut concert on Wednesday night. People.com reported that the boys were backstage because "it was too loud" to watch from outfront.

Britney's Ex Adnan Investigated for Assault-by-Car
Adnan Ghalib didn't do much for Britney Spears' image—and he sure isn't doing much for his own, either.
The former fixture in Spears' pre-comeback camp is being investigated by Los Angeles police for allegedly hitting a process server with his car.
Although authorities wouldn't identify the subject if their investigation, an LAPD spokeswoman confirmed to E! News Thursday that a report was taken for felony assault with a deadly weapon.
The process server who claims he was intentionally hit by Ghalib while waiting for him outside his Burbank apartment reportedly called the cops Wednesday at 10:42 a.m., but refused medical treatment for visible cuts and scratches.
Per TMZ.com, Ghalib supposedly fled the scene before the police arrived.
Spears' camp obtained temporary restraining orders against Ghalib, Sam Lutfi and attorney Jon Eardley about two weeks ago, claiming the trio were trying to interfere with the popster's conservatorship.
