We’re on rumor patrol today and debunking the story running ’round the Web that Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake are still going strong.
Timberlake was spotted “very much acting like a single guy” at Kate Hudson’s 30th birthday party over the weekend, without Biel at his side.
“They have not split,” a source definitively told Us Magazine. In face, the couple went on a getaway to Vail, Colorado earlier this month.
“Things are very good with them,” another source reported. “They do things separately sometimes.”
The couple has been dating since 2007 and recently bought an apartment in New York City together.

Working on their wedding plans, Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel are said to hold their nuptials in Italy in the summer.
Amidst reports of them shacking up in New York City, Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel are reported to have been discussing to hold their wedding in Italy. "They both seemed to like the idea of marrying in Italy in the summer," an insider tells Star Magazine.
On the planned wedding venue, words have it that Justin and Jessica get the inspiration from her former "7th Heaven" co-star Beverly Mitchell, who got married in Ravello, Italy last October. Jessica served as one of the bridesmaids in the ceremony.
In addition to talking about possible wedding venue and date, Justin and Jessica reportedly have also been talking about the people who they would like to invite to their big day. It is not yet mentioned though on the people who make their list.

The pair celebrated her 27th birthday by hitting up the Oak Room at the Plaza for dinner before then heading to see Will Ferrell's one-man show, "You're Welcome America. A Final Night With George W. Jessica Biel, 26, threw her singer beau a Super Bowl-themed surprise birthday party in the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel's ultra-exclusive penthouse on Sunday afternoon, PEOPLE has learned.
This is one birthday Justin Timberlake won't soon forget.
"Justin was totally blown away when he walked in. He had no idea," says a source. On hand were close to 100 friends and family of the couple, including both of their parents, Biel's brothers, Timberlake's cousins and his best friend Trace Ayala, who joined the happy pair to toast Timberlake turning 28. The penthouse was transformed with flat-screen televisions brought in especially for the festivities, and the party feasted on gourmet buffalo wings, pizza, mini sliders and red velvet cupcakes. Biel planned the party down to every last detail, and visited the hotel to make sure everything would be just perfect, says the source. And she was the perfect hostess. Wearing a little black cotton dress and flats, Biel worked the room while taking breaks to sit with Timberlake. "They held hands and relaxed," says a guest. "They seemed very happy together".
